Accomplishments In a Day

Thursday, 17 Dec 2009, was a great day! It started out pretty crappy though. We had to wake up at 7am to play tennis. And, mind you, it's still the holidays. Gosh.

We went down at 8am though. We were late. Dad was using the 7am-8am time slot first. (: Faris, my awesome coach, thought us how to spin the tennis ball. Well, actually he thought us a few days ago. I just didn't get it, at all. Confused little me, hey?

So, for some reason. I finally understood today. I was spinning balls like nobody's business! I felt so pro! XD Yes, yes. Now, I can finally say that I have mastered the art of spinning the tennis ball. Okay, maybe not so geng. But geng enough to impress me. (:

And that, was accomplishment number 1. Next, I drove all the way to Batu Caves by myself. :D On my kap zhai! For all those who are clueless, my kap zhai is a Honda Cup. Which means, it is a motorbike. Not bicycle. (:

It was a good 15 minutes ride, one way. All the traffic and cars were included. The smoke, the squeezing through. Everything! I was horned by a car only once, when I was on the way there. But when I came back, nobody horned me. Hehe! I was way happy.

Next time, I should try the same route. But with my Suzuki Panther. HAHA. Till then!

Couples Retreat. A Must-Watch!

You know all those jokes where is written in tbheet lwieneens? The stupidity and wit combined together to form a funny joke with meaning? Okay, shit. Maybe I'm talking jibberish. But, this is what Couples Retreat is about! :D

I watched it 2 nights ago with my family at KLCC. It's been quite a while since I've been there. It looked kinda deserted. Everyone ran to Pavilion. Or maybe because it's a Monday night. Haha! They were doing some construction there too.

Anyways, the movie was good! Sick jokes, aplenty. (; There was also this Yoga instructor named Salvadore. Gosh, every scene with him in it is so hilarious. The swimming trunks he wears ah... Haha! Mum really enjoyed the Salvadore moments. She was laughing so loud!

I thought Vince Vaughn had such a good role in the movie. His lines were really witty. It wasn't very stupid. They were actually quite smart. Haha! I'm totally contradicting myself now. And, he and the redhead made a great couple. Although, he's such a drama queen with sharks. HAHA.

There are some parts in the movie, where I thought were hilarious and was laughing my ass off. And guess what, the whole damn cinema thought it wasn't funny. So, I was once again the only one laughing. Boo you! As least I had my fun. :D

Go watch the movie, folks! I suggest you bring a friend who laughs a lot for extra kick. Hehe!

Of Education and Gifts

I went to Facon Education Fair at PWTC yesterday and today. It was on from 12pm to 6pm. I didn't stay the whole time, of course. And I have to say, it was really helpful. (:

To be honest with you, education fairs like these are really exhausting. They take a lot of brain work from you. You go there and ask question to enquire. Don't be the type of people who goes there to collect brochures. You'd be getting nowhere.

There's another education fair coming up next weekend. The 28th Malaysian Education Fair at Mid Valley Convention Centre. 19 - 20 December 2009. 12m-6pm. Go attend! Admission is free. When you're there, remember to ask questions. Don't be scared.

Anyways, Christmas is in 2 weeks time. And I haven't decided what to get for people. Bah! These things need some complicated thought process, I tell you. In the meantime, check out my Christmas tree! (:
